1. Do we allow animals?
Pets are NOT allowed at most complexes with the exception of Boardwalk, NY AVE 2BR, and NY AVE Townhouse.
2. Are the properties located within walking distance to campus?
All properties are within walking distances from campus (TSU & ATSU).
3. What are the utilities?

4. Are any utilities included with rent?

5. How much is the security deposit?
Typically the same as rent (it varies if a pet addendum is added @ a location that doesn't offer them).
6. Availability and length of lease?
Typically May-August for TSU & July for ATSU @ 12 month leases.
7. What is included in the lease? (ie: appliances)

8. Who maintains yard work and snow removal?
Landlord maintains yard & snow removal.
9. Is parking provided?
All properties have street parking.
10. Is laundry available onsite?

11. How does a tenant report a maintenance request?
Visit, email, or call the office.
12. How is rent paid?
Taken to or mailed to the office @ 703 N. Marion.
